Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the Products you have ordered are not available.

Ordering
You place an order with us by completing the following process - adding product to your shopping bag, providing address details, providing payment details, confirming your order. On receipt of your order, we will send you an order confirmation email to the email address which you have provided to us. This email will contain your order number and details of the Product ordered. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase Product. Your offer constitutes an offer to buy the specified Product in your order. All orders are subject to prior acceptance by us. An order dispatch email ("Dispatch Confirmation") will be sent and payment taken from your credit/debit card when we know we have the Product you have ordered. The contract between us (the "Contract") will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.

We must receive full payment before we can accept it as an order (please see the Price and Payment section for more information). Where you select to pay by credit or debit card, we will process the payment at the time of preparing the Product for dispatch. The Contract will relate only to the Product, dispatch of which we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order prior to acceptance. If a Product is not available we will include details of the unavailable Product in the Dispatch Confirmation. All prices and charges on our website are in UK pounds sterling. You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on 'place your order' on the final page of our ordering process.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the region or country the Products are sent to and any refunds will be at the discretion of Untouched World™. The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.

Pricing and Payment
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. These prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
Our website contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our website may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our website, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card. We will not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.

Consumer Rights
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the legal right to cancel the Contract within seven working days of receipt of the Product, beginning on the day after you received the Products. When Products are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the Products you ordered. To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the Products to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

Returns Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition, returned to us within 14 days of receipt and in original, undamaged packaging. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser, or exchange the product if an exchange has been requested, once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty Products. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. If you wish to return a Product by post, please follow the instructions below.
  • Pack the item securely into the original packaging (where possible)
  • Enclose the original packing slip, clearly marking the reason for the return
  • If you cannot enclose the original packing slip, clearly write your order number, name, billing address and telephone number on a piece of paper along with the reason for the return
  • Ensure the Product is in a securely wrapped parcel
  • Take the parcel (with the enclosed packing slip) to the Post Office
  • Please obtain a proof of posting certificate which you should retain until you receive your refund.
Your rights under this clause are in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, as outlined above. If you wish, and subject to the provisions of the above clause, you must advise us that you wish to cancel your order before the end of the statutory cancellation period. You must then return the Product to us along with the returns form as above. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights.
